By taking part in this program, you (thereafter referred to as “Client”) agree to the follow these terms.
THE PROGRAM
Rawsomehealthy agrees to provide program, “The Health Mastery Academy” (thereafter referred to as “Program”) identified in online commerce shopping cart. Client agrees to abide by all policies and procedures as outlined in this agreement as a condition of their participation in the Program.
DISCLAIMER
Client understands Paul and Yulia Tarbath (thereafter referred to as “Coaches”) are not employees, agents, lawyers, doctors, therapists, registered dietitians, or psychotherapists.
Client understands that Coaches have not promised, shall not be obligated to and will not:
1. Perform responsibilities of a doctor
2. Act as a therapist providing psychoanalysis, psychological counseling or behavioral therapy
Client understands that a relationship does not exist between the parties after the conclusion of this program. If the Parties continue their relationship, a separate agreement will be entered into.
Not a substitute for Medical Advice. The information provided in or through our Website, Programs, Products and Services is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment that can be provided by your own Medical Provider (including doctor/physician, nurse, physician’s assistant, or any other health professional), Mental Health Provider (including psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, counselor, or social worker), registered dietitian or licensed nutritionist, or member of the clergy. We are not doctors. Communication with us is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
PROGRAM FEES
As per application.
NOTE: If you choose to pick the monthly payment plan, you are responsible for all payments in a timely manner.
If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
If Client elects to pay by monthly installments, Client authorizes Rawsomehealthy to charge Client’s credit card or debit card. If Client elects to pay in FULL, client may pay by credit card, debit card or Paypal.
REFUND POLICY
Payment for the program is not refundable.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Rawsomehealthy respects Client’s privacy and insists that Client respects the Company’s and Program Participants (herein referred to as “Participants”).
Thus, consider this a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Any Confidential Information shared by Program participants or any representative of the Company is confidential and belongs solely and exclusively to the Participant who discloses it, including names, email addresses, third-party company titles or positions, phone numbers or addresses.
Client agrees not to use such confidential information in any manner other than in discussion with other Participants during Program.
Additionally, Coaches will not, at any time, either directly or indirectly, disclose confidential information to any third party.
COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Program is copyrighted and original materials that have been provided to Client are for Client’s individual use only and a single-user license.
Client is not authorized to use any of Rawsomehealthy’s intellectual property for Client’s business purposes.
Program will always remain the property of Rawsomehealthy.
By purchasing this product, Client agrees not to infringe any copyright property rights AND that any Confidential Information shared in the Program by the Company is confidential and proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to Rawsomehealthy.
CLIENT AGREES:
By purchasing the Program Client agrees to be 100% responsible for his or her progress and results from the Program.
Although the Program provides all the necessary tools and strategies, Rawsomehealthy makes no guarantees of results.
Client understands that the results will greatly vary from one individual to the next.
Rawsomehealthy takes no responsibility for errors made by the client.
LIABILITY
Client agrees the Program is provided for educational reasons.
Client releases Rawsomehealthy, its employees and Participants from any and all damages that may result from any claims arising from any agreements and all actions.
Client accepts any or all risks, foreseeable or unforeseeable.
Rawsomehealthy assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any of the program materials.
RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
Disputes will always be resolved first by good faith between the parties.
If not resolved this way, dispute relating to this Agreement and the Program will be submitted to the London Court Of International Arbitration Rules in the UK.
DISCLAIMER
Every effort has been made to accurately represent the Program and its potential.
Rawsomehealthy and its products are not associated, affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by Facebook, nor have they been reviewed tested or certified by Facebook.
There is no guarantee that you will achieve health results after using this program. Examples and testimonies provided are not to be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of results. Potential health results are entirely dependent on the person using our product.
How successful you’ll be with our program depends on the time you devote to it, your commitment and consistency. Since these factors are different for everyone, we cannot guarantee your success or specific health or weight outcome.
