Ketchup Sauce

- 2 medium tomatoes
- ½ cup of sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 mango
- ½ cup chopped parsley for decoration
- Place the tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes and the mango flesh into a blender and blend together until smooth.
- Place into a bowl and decorate with fresh parsley.
- Serve and enjoy!
