Raw vegan cucumber noodles with creamy avocado sauce

  • 3 medium cucumbers
  • 1 head lettuce
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 2 medium celery stalks
  1. Chop the lettuce and place it on a plate.
  2. Peel the cucumbers and spiralize them.
  3. Add the cucumber noodles on top of the chopped lettuce.
  4. Blend together the orange juice, avocado and celery until smooth.
  5. Pour the sauce over the cucumber noodles.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
