Raw vegan cucumber noodles with creamy avocado sauce

- 3 medium cucumbers
- 1 head lettuce
- ½ avocado
- ½ cup orange juice
- 2 medium celery stalks
- Chop the lettuce and place it on a plate.
- Peel the cucumbers and spiralize them.
- Add the cucumber noodles on top of the chopped lettuce.
- Blend together the orange juice, avocado and celery until smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the cucumber noodles.
- Serve and enjoy!
