- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup mango (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons hemp seed hearts
- ⅓ avocado
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- 4-5 basil leaves for decoration
- ½-1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon curry powder (optional)
- Spirilize the zucchinis and place them into a bowl.
- Blend together mango, tomatoes, hemp seeds, avocado, cilantro, turmeric and optional curry powder.
- Pour the dressing over the noodles.
- Decorate with basil.
- Serve and enjoy!
