Sweet And Creamy Curry Noodles - Raw Vegan, Gluten Free

Crunchy, succulent, full of nutrients curry noodles that are so easy to make!
  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup mango (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seed hearts
  • ⅓ avocado
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 4-5 basil leaves for decoration
  • ½-1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder (optional)
  1. Spirilize the zucchinis and place them into a bowl.
  2. Blend together mango, tomatoes, hemp seeds, avocado, cilantro, turmeric and optional curry powder.
  3. Pour the dressing over the noodles.
  4. Decorate with basil.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
