Q: What kind of recipes are included in your guide? Are they simple to make?

A: Delicious and very easy to make recipes! Most of our meals can be prepared in under 2-3 minutes! We used only easy to find ingredients to make your life simple. We share 100% vegan and whole food recipes that are low in fat – smoothies, green smoothies, salads and main courses. If you’re not ready for an all raw detox, we’ve got a meal plan that combines both raw foods and simple cooked vegan options.

Q: Are your recipes gluten free?

Yes, all of them! They are also oil, soy, processed sugar and salt free. We don’t use garlic or onion in our recipes, however feel free to add it, if you choose to.

Q: Are your recipes complex and require expensive and fancy ingredients?

A: Absolutely not! The meals are really simple and most of them take just minutes to prepare. The ingredients are very simple too – seasonal fruits, veggies and some herbs, nuts and seeds.

Q: Will I need a dehydrator and other special equipment to do this cleanse?

A: No, you don’t have to have a dehydrator. You’ll simply need a blender, citrus juicer and an optional food processor.

Q: How fast can I rebalance my hormones and lose weight with your detox program?

Q: Are your meal plans high carb? Low carb?

We suggest the 80/10/10 macronutrient ratio – that is 80% or more of your total daily calories come from carbohydrates, a maximum of 10% from protein and a maximum of 10% from fat. You’re welcome to eat a bit more fat if it works for you, but you definitely want to keep your diet high in carbs! This is something that you’ll learn about inside our course as well.
