Today I am interviewing Michele Laine, a neuro transformational coach and the author of the book: ‘Stronger Than The Storm’.

Michele works with women, helping them with their inner transformation, which is the root and the key to the success that many women desire for themselves.

Michele’s own story started off with her living through a lot of stress and like most of us she was living in the flight or fight survival mode most of the time.

The always busy, “survival” mode feels normal for most of us, including parents and high performers, yet … a high level of stress can wear you down over time.

Not only can it cause hormonal imbalances, it can steal your joy, leading to anxiety and depression.

Then the big life storms come in, and only if we allow them can they be the catalysts for positive change.

It might seem that the whole world is falling apart around you, yet this is exactly how life can sometimes communicate with us, asking us to make changes.

We spend so much time being distracted that we don’t give time to ourselves. Sooner or later, the body let’s us know what our true priority in life should be.
