Thank you for helping me. You are taking all the guess work out.
I started a diet about 9 days ago and I lost 10 pounds. I just started to eat fruit and veggies and the pounds started coming off. I think this is the way to go.
I’m glad I decided to eat instead of starving on the master cleanse.
I;m not to fond of bananas so I’m going to sit out on the banana island. (this time)
Oh and my kid is having smoothies in the morning too. I can see her glow.

Can you tell me what you mean with “combine”? For example, if I eat Bananas and Greens in the morning and 2 hours later I am eating Nuts and Seeds with Nutmilk as a granola and then 2 hours later I am eating Fruits again… would that be O.K. in your opinion?

If I don’t eat fats at all is it dangerous? about 3-4% of calories a day.

Food combining is when you eat foods together that do not hinder each other’s proper digestion and assimilation. When food combining rules are broken, your food will not be digested properly, causing toxin formation, putrefaction/fermentation, gas and contributing to a formation of disease. This is what I eat on most days as well, however adding them occasionally is beneficial, esp avocados.

    This is an “ok” combination.

But when I eat two types of food in a time span of two hours, I don’t combine. Is this right?

hello awesome video! I have a question though it is relating processed sugars: is it okay to sweeten your tea with refined sugars as a part of a healthy high carb low fat lifestyle?? If I start using sugars in my peach tea (which I truly love) will it cause any weight gain?? I think I would reduce my cravings throughout the first months as I am a newbie to this way of eating ;)) keep up the great work! Lots of love x

Refined sugars are gmo stay away

  •   Rawsomehealthy  |

Refined sugars are highly processed and a fragmented nutrient, which is acid forming when consumed so never healthy. Make sure you eat enough fruit to keep you satiated and then you wont feel any need to get your sugar from anywhere else such as refined sugar. Sugar contained within whole fruits is healthy as it is part of a balanced nutrient package (fruits) and for example the fruit fiber aids steady uptake (healthy uptake) of sugar into the bloodstream.

How about sweetening your tea with coconut sugar or a fresh fruit juice, date puree; make your own whole food sweetener? 😉 Even better, tea + peach juice! The tea might be scrutinized a bit though, sounds like it might be from a bottle. Better to use actual tea leaves than to assume someone may have used them in a tea concoction you purchased (not to mention any other “ingredients” that were put in the bottle. 🙂

My family laughed when I told them I was going to burn fat with Trim Fat Maximizer, but then I showed them the results. Go google Trim Fat Maximizer to see their reaction. (You should see their faces!)

Dehydrate and add stevia leaf powder. Most farmers markets sell stevia plants, or you can buy it online as a powder. Get stevia leaf powder – not extract. The extract is often harsher processing. Think of the powder as a case of dry the leaf and then pulverize in a blender. 🙂
