What We Ate On A High Raw Vegan Diet As A Family I US Trip I Message To You

We have been following a high-carb diet for 12+ years now and making sure we eat healthily while away traveling abroad is very important to us.

We’ve been living an international lifestyle for over a decade and we want to feel good and be healthy all the time eating high carb foods that allow us to be at our best.

A healthy high-carb diet should ideally include plenty of raw fruits and vegetables every day in your menu plan as these foods are ideal for optimal health.

Our daughter Elanie enjoys a high raw diet with plenty of fat from avocados, nuts, and seeds in it as well as cooked foods like root vegetables, lentils, beans, and gluten-free grains.
