Got 10-50 pounds of extra weight to release and want to do it with the help of a plant-based, vegan diet?

Being slim, feeling amazing in your body, fitting into those tight jeans and feeling on top of the world because of the shape you’re in … wow what a feeling!

But then you wake up to your current reality … and your heart sinks.

You’ve got to lose those 10-50 pounds of extra weight.

You no longer fit into your favourite pair of jeans. In fact, you can’t remember the last time you put them on.

You don’t like being in family photos any longer. Or you hide behind people when you are.

You wish all the excess fat would simply melt away so you can be at your healthy weight and feel vibrant again.

Does any of this sound familiar?

I’ve definitely been there before. And many of our clients have as well, until they’ve put our proven strategies into practice.

The great news is that it’s possible to achieve your perfect body with the right diet and lifestyle. Not only that, it’s possible to maintain it LONG TERM.

How to lose weight faster on a plant-based, vegan diet

Whole vegan foods are lower in calories per bite, so you can eat BIG meals volume-wise and still see that extra weight melting away on a plant based diet. Raw foods work great for helping people lose weight too!

For example, one of our clients, Judy, has lost 30 lbs in less than 90 days eating a high raw, vegan plan, as she shares in this video.

In fact, science shows that out of all the diets there are out there, a plant-based is the best one to go for if you want to release excess weight fast, as well as restore your health.

Raw fruits and vegetables are high in their water content, which will aid your natural detoxification, weight loss, digestion, elimination and speedy health restoration.

In addition to that, a whole plant diet is 100% fiber rich.

Fiber is simply a must for your health and high-fiber diets help prevent diseases (including cancer) and digestive issues (including constipation, colitis, and IBS).

A diet built upon mainly fruits and vegetables is abundant in fiber and supplies much more fiber than the Standard Western Diet.

A meal plan predominated by fruits and vegetables can eliminate constipation as high-fiber raw diets allow for proper digestion, stimulating the bowel movement naturally, without the need for laxatives.

So today’s video will dive into the strategies that will help you lose extra weight faster on a plant based, vegan diet.

The most common cause of constipation is a diet low in fiber. Foods that contain high amounts of soluble fiber include adzuki beans, barley, dried beans, oats, apples, apricots, bananas, blackberries, cranberries, figs, grapes, peaches, and prunes. Foods that contain high amounts of insoluble fiber include cereals, seeds, wheat bran, whole grains, and the skins of many vegetables as well as fruits. Both soluble and insoluble fiber helps prevent the formation of hard, dry stools. Most, if not all, experts recommend high-fiber foods as the foods that help constipation. Pair fiber with water.
