    It is seems impossible to be ?% raw food. I have multiple body issues too I’m on raw vegan of 95% but seems that never could go for 100%. I just need 2 tbsp of one ingredient of cooked vegtables food with the vvegtables. I just wonder how is that can be possible. It seems really restrictive. Any tip? Thank you.

      Not sure what your health issues are but being 95% raw and having some cooked veggies can be just fine. You don’t have to be 100% to get many benefits of eating lots of raw foods in your diet.

    I have a question for you guys! How do you handle going to restaurants? I’ve been following a vegan whole foods diets but I find it difficult to maintain if someone invites me out to eat or if a group is going.I don’t want to miss out but even vegan restaurants seem to cook with a lot of oil or its processed.I don’t want this to set me back.Thanks!
