My Hormonal, Body And Weight Changes After 9 Years On Plant Foods

Today, I’m sharing my vegan diet weight loss journey and how my body has changed after 9 years on plant foods.

When I first switched to a vegan diet, I had a lot of health issues to balance, including:

  • Adrenal fatigue
  • Candida
  • Hypothyroidism and Hashimoto’s
  • Fertility issues
  • PCOS
  • Digestive problems
  • Weight problems

I wanted to experience a lot more energy and vitality, balance my health issues and have a much greater connection with my body and the world around me.

My Vegan Diet Weight Loss And Body Changes

After suffering with all sorts of health issues and trying everything from herbalists, nutritionists, naturopaths, therapists and healers, I still believed that there was a system that would help me regain my health, even after years of trying many different things.

Vegan diet weight loss and a plant foods lifestyle was all new to me, yet I jumped straight in because I had nothing to lose (and lots to gain!).

In my video, I talk about my body changes after 9 years on a vegan diet and I also show you pictures.

There are approximately 160 million overweight or obese people in the US alone.

Not only does excess weight usually come with lower energy levels and a more limited ability to participate in physical activities, it can also come with risks, such as:

  • Inflammation in the body,
  • Compromised hormonal health (i.e. high estrogen levels that can lead to high blood pressure, depression, increased risk of uterine, breast and endometrial cancers, and endometriosis),  
  • Osteoarthritis,
  • High blood pressure,
  • Blood sugar problems, including type 2 diabetes, 
  • Increased risk of heart disease and stroke,
  • Increased risk of cancer.

The concerning part about all this is that a lot of health issues linked to being overweight don’t exhibit any symptoms, so many people have no idea what is happening inside their own body until the damage has already been done.

Now, here’s the good news … You don’t have to suffer.

You CAN reverse the damage that has been caused to your body due to having excess weight, both naturally and effectively.

Just like our client Judy did who dropped 30 pounds in 90 days, reversed her insulin resistance and balanced her blood pressure and cholesterol.

    Very interesting video, i experienced myself a lot of changes you are talking about. Could you please make a video about raw diet in England cold climates vs winter in the tropics? Can we actually achieve all the results staying in winter in Europe? After all you are choosing to avoid winter here. Please share what do you think about.

      Hi there, we don’t spend our winters in England. However, if we did, I would still stay true to my high raw lifestyle as this is what work best for my well-being.
