Today I am going to share my raw food weight loss before and after over the last 6+ years that I’ve been following this lifestyle.
A raw food diet really is one of the best and healthiest ways to achieve weight loss, and heal your whole body.

Raw food weight loss and health
First, in order to be healthy and thrive, you need to be at your ideal weight.
Second, it gives you extra power to handle and enjoy life.
And third, having a beautiful body makes you look attractive and feel more confident.
Before I experienced weight loss on a raw food diet, to which I switched in 2009, I used to be either on the chubby side or I would go the other way and be way too thin.
I must say that even after discovering the raw food lifestyle, I had to tweak and change a lot of things to achieve my dream body, so it didn’t happen right away.
I followed the wrong kind of advice and then actually gained weight. It was really frustrating and I knew I had to search harder to find a solution, within the high-fruit realm.
When I corrected my mistakes, I finally achieved the perfect body I had been wanting to manifest for so long.
Then I got pregnant and had a really healthy and fit raw vegan pregnancy. After I gave birth, my body started to release the weight I had gained.
It did so at its own pace, I wouldn’t say that I was back to my pre-pregnancy 16% body fat figure, however it wasn’t really necessary for my body to be that thin back then.
Again, I had to tweak and change things to get to where I am now – at my ideal weight of 55kg or 120 pounds.
I don’t restrict my calories, I eat a great abundance of fruits, greens and also include fats, I exercise regularly and also follow other healthy lifestyle factors.
My body feels really strong, flexible and glowing and I assign the way I look and feel to my healthy plant-based eating plan and all the other factors that sustain me in health.
So if you want to manifest your idea shape and drop the extra pounds, a fruit-based raw, or as much raw as possible lifestyle, is the one to choose.
Being healthy, slim and fit is how Nature intended you to live and to bring these changes about, you need to start eating natural whole foods and lead a natural lifestyle and be consistent, otherwise you will not see the results that you desire.
